Popup message with a redirect

I need to have a redirect option message box popup when the user click a link. For example:

The user click on a link called ADD

Then a message box appears with " Add a new Company" or ADD a new property" OR "Cancel" Each selection will have a button to choose that option. When selected the user is redirected to the appropriate URL
