Popup menus move up on PC, look fine on Macs

I have a serverside include on some pages I'm building in Ultradev using a popup menu created in FW. (In other words, I'm building the actual pages in Ultradev but the include has popups made in FWs.) The menu works fine on Macs (which it was designed and built out on) but on PCs the popups come up at the top of the page. For example, instead of showing up right next to the button they're supposed to, they popup about three inches further up. Again, this only happens on the PC but looks fine on Macs.
