I have noticed that if you right-click on a Tcl/tk toplevel title bar (bringing up the popup menu) the application appears to freeze (i.e. no events are processed). This does not appear to happen in other windows programs. Is this due to the way Tcl/tk is implemented and is there a way to disable this functionality through the wm command? I have seen this happen in Windows 95 and Windows 2000.
