PopUp Menu and Flash player

Hello everyone,
My name is Peter.
I use Dreamweaver to create a popup menu and I use Flash 8 to create a little movie.
Every time the popup menu appears, it appears under the flash player.
Please direct me a way to bring the popup menu on the top of the flash player.

Flash movie must be set to transparent (wmode) and the flash movie usually embedded in a higher z-index layer/division...

In case of the Kirupa tutorial, this was done before the transparent was really supported on Mozilla, so you need to add the transparent mode to the Embed tag also, not only the object tag.
Furthermore, since IE was plagued with the Eolas problem, you also need to use a workaround for Flash content on IE...
