Popup form controlled by date

Hello,

I have a requirement to implement a popup form in a document management system that will open to show policies that are due for review. All policies logged have a review date.

How would I write the code to achieve this?

How are ya integritycare . . .

I don't see the need for any code. A form based on a query which has criteria of WHERE [ReviewDate] = Date; should suffice.
