Popup dialog doesn't hide

Ok,

When I create another popup dialog from my main app I have a slight problem. If I click off of the window, lets say on to IE somewhere, the window does hide, however, the main app does. Is this a setting I can adjust?

PopUp means always on top. So, if you want it not to stay always on top, make it not to be PopUp
