Popup/Cascade No Longer Responsive

Running lastest patched version of IE 6, a few weeks ago I was cleaning up some ad ware junk on a machine with the Lavasoft app. Now the IE version when it opens legitimate secondary browers sessions will in varibly freeze and lock the 'root' session up..which at that point gives you the option of closing all the IE sessions via task manager. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what sort of solutions you might recoomend.

The first question is: do you delete quaratines in AdAware? If not, go into your quaratine folder and open up the session which preceded your grief. Scour through what you deleted and look for system-related entities to restore. AdAware can delete more than spyware if you're not paying attention.
