popup box click to run an activex control on webpage will not load

A box is show over and over saying: "click to run an ActiveX control on this webpage"
Only one option is available: "ok" no other information. This link will activate it:
Microsoft Windows XP Pro
Vers: 2002
Service pack 2

what activex does it want so i can add the content to the webpage.
