popup ad in a browser

Dear Delphites,

How do I create a popup ad within the internet explorer browser i.e a window / form that pops up while someone is browsing on the net. Lets assume the user is using MS internet explorer.

I would like to use Delphi6 to create this popup window.

I hope you can help me or lead me to what is required.

i dont understand what your trying to do here.
popups are triggered by html within the webpage itself.

How can a web page broadcast its ad on the net while someone you don't know is browsing?
I.e. how do the annoying popups work?

If you mean how do popups appear when you're browsing:

That's a piece of html in the page, usually javascript running the window.open command I believe.

If you mean how do programs create popups:

They just have a seperate form and open that.

They are not broadcasted in the net (THANKS GOD!!!), they are fired when you access the site with your browser.
