Popunder blocker

I have one user who is starting to get alot of 'popunder' ads. Can anyone recommend a good blocker for this sort of thing?

Instead of blocking the adds id reccomend finding out whats causing them. Use this site to do a full system scan. Besides if this is Internet explorer download google, msn or yahoo toolbar. Each come with built in pop up blockers. If this is firefox it has one already built into the browser.
