Populating one listbox from a choice in another listbox

I am teaching myself VBA using MS Visual Basic 2008 Express. I have created a listbox (lb_client) that grabs all the client names from the client table in my data base. How do populate a second listbox (lb_insured) with employee names that match the chosen pick from the first box?

Roger Carlson has at least one sample database that shows how to cascade combo boxes. List boxes should be the same as long as the list box is set to single. Check out Roger's Download Samples.
