populating lotus 123 (millenium 9.0) using dde

Hi

I'm trying to open an existing workbook internet1c.123 and point to specif sheet 'DATA ENTRY' and then populate the cells using dde, Ive initiated lotus ok but cant open the spreadsheet or initiate the sheet.

I've tried using the query with an odbc link but then formulas in cells relating to the query cells don't get updated.

Has anyone any suggestions of a way forward.
Or does anyone know the correct syntax for the DDE execute to open the workbook and initate the sheet.
