Populating a Yes/No field from an Excel import.

When I go to import records from an Excel spreadsheet, it is possible to specify which cells from the spreadsheet fall into
which fields and populate them accordingly. However, I am unsure of the format the data needs to be in to tick a Yes/No field. I have tried 'True' and 'Yes' but this doesn't seem to work? I
thoughts? Many Thanks
