Greetings All!

I have seen a few threads regarding this topic but have not yet found an acceptable solution to this challenge.

Here's my challenge:
I have an editable government form that has pre-defined fields and is in a PDF format. I have an Access database table that has roughly 500 records in it. My company is required to send in 1 completed copy of the PDF form for each record in the database table. I would be THRILLED if someone could tell me if there is a way to automate the PDF, through VBA or some other method, in order to populate the fields in the PDF form with the appropriate fields from the Access table.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
