I have a blank user form which a user uses for data entry. I would like a combo box to load the values from a different worksheet in the same workbook. The worksheet is called called "BackorderName".

I also need to have the list load alphabetically as the "BackorderName" worksheet is constantly being updated.

I would appreciate any help on this one

Thanks in advance

Hi,

On the BackorderName worksheet use a DYNAMIC RANGE NAME via Insert/Name/Define -- How can I rename a table as it changes size faq68-1331.

Lets say that you name the range BackorderNameList

In the Properties of the Combobox, set the ListFillRange...
[t]
BackorderNameList

Thanks Skip

The Insert/Name/Define was the key I was looking for. I looked in the FAQ's first but did not know about Insert/Name/Define table function as this is my first time at Excel VBA.

Thanks again it was very helpful

Definitely deserves a star
