Populating a combo box based on another combo box 1

For some time now I've been looking for a good (for 'good' read 'fast') way to dynamically populate a list or combo box based solely on the contents of another list or combo box. From searching through this and other forums I've seen that a lot of other people would like to know how to do it too but there seemed no easy answer or rather there seemed to be a resounding silence when the question was asked.

With luck, this morning I stumbled across an article on the atgconsulting site that deals with this very challenge and I'd love to be able to repay some of the help you lot have given me by posting the link to it.
