Populate User Name and retain when sent multiple times

I need to populate the user name (which I have coded for already) and retain it when sent to multiple people, who will then need to open it and send it on. Right now who ever opens it their name overwrites the first person.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Could you be more specific? What application are you working with and what are you trying to do?

username is where and how are you trying to send it?

Ohh, I'm sorry.

I am using an Outlook form. I have coded it to insert the user name (NT name) into a text box on open. Then that person will send it to another person, who will put in their comments and send it to the last person who will do something with it.

Right now, everytime it is sent and opened the user name changes in the text box to be the person who is opening it.

It's been a long time since I have worked with VBScript, thank you for any help. I hope it is more clear now.
