I'm not sure where to begin with this one. I want to populate a list box with the values from a range but that range has duplicate records in and I only want each item to display once in the listbox.

I also want to sort the items in the listbox. I've searched these forums but can't find a solution to this.

many thanks

bluegnu,
You can use a Collection. Here is an example thread707-1472240

Hope this helps,

Hi,

I often use MS Query to generate unique lists on a separate sheet.

I always use Named Ranges to identify such lists and reference, and then use that list's range name in the ListBox.
