populate a web based form with data from an access form

My users have to enter data into a secure web form, while they are working in an access database. I'd like to populate part of the secure form with data from the access form that the user is on when they open the web form.

We enter some payment info into our access database, then we have to open a secure web form to enter credit card data and get authorization... I don't want the users to have to repeat name, address, etc that they just entered in access onto the form [3rd party, we can't change the web form]...

Any way to accomplish this with VBA?
