I am running W98, I downloaded and installed, IE6, over IE5,… on IE5 everything was fine.
After I installed IE6, no, none, zero, popup’s work, they launch but all come up empty,
I ‘v checked this against a number of different sites that I know use them and it’s always like this. I tried lowering and changed my security and even turned it off, but it makes no difference.
Any Idea’s would be greatly appreciated.

I think folks have confused pop up ads with windows that pop up when you click on a link. If I click (by choice) on any link that is supposed to open a small prompt or something in another window, the window is blank. I just reinstalled IE6 since it hangs up my computer if I install MSN MEssenger. Messenger still hangs it up,. and now windows opened from within a browser are blank.

Isn't windoze wonderful?
