I have a 03 SBS server running POP3 Connector for 3 domain names. The POP3 connector is registering an error for one of the domain only "event:1067: THe operation was attempted on something that is not a socket......."
This happened a few days ago and I restarted the POP3 and Exchange System attendant services and it fixed it. Today the services restart is no longer working. The POP3 service starts and automatically shuts down with an event ID 7023: the handle is invalid.
The wierd thing is the POP3 connector is still registering the event 1067 in the App log even when the Service is off. I havent tried restarting the server yet, but that is next.
