POP3 service not recieving email

Hey guys,
I built a test server and installed server 03 enterprise. I installed the web server, dns, ftp, pop3 and smtp. I got everything working great, everything exept for pop3. I made a mailbox, and am successfully able to do a send/recieve in Outlook, and am also able to recieve the test message. Also, if I send a test message manually through the account to myself, Ican still recieve it... But, if I send a test message from another account on another domain (my personal email accounts), it cannot recieve it, not do I recieve any errors from either end (personal email or local email). This is really bothering me. I don't plan on using this server for enterprise email or anything as I stated previously, but I would still like it working. Thanks in advance for the suggestions

What's MX record pointing to?
Are you forwarding traffic to the right server?
What do the event logs say?
