pop3 - recover lost mail

A local profile on a PC was accidently deleted. The user receives email using POP3. Is the mailbox items, contacts, etc....saved under the local profile? If so, when doing a file recovery, what kind of files should I be looking for?

It will be in a PST file. That is inside the profile folder so use unerase / undelete / Norton.
