POP3 receiving problem, pls help

Hi, i'm having some strange issue, or I'm just missing some pieces of the puzzle.

I've got POP3 / SMTP setup with a windows server 2003, NOT EXCHANGE, everything seems to be running normal, I can send emails, but not receiving, outlook would act normal like it's sent, stayed in outbook only for a second. When i try to receive message from my ext. email like gmail, it just won't receive, then it takes hours before i'd receive return mail error below:

Delivery to the following recipient has been delayed:
norm@expyfi.com
Message will be retried for 2 more day(s)

Technical details of temporary failure:
TEMP_FAILURE: Could not initiate SMTP conversation with any hosts:
[imail.expyfi.com. (10): Destination address required]

but if i compose & send a message to myself from outlook, it works!??
anyone pls help, thanks in advance

Public DNS shows that the MX record for your domain is imail.expyfi.com, but there is no A record for that host to know what IP to deliver it to.
