Uncle! I give up. I have an exchange server.
I have an isa server. I have a guy that comes into our offices now and again that wants to get on the internet but does not want to be part of my domain. Good. I set his internet explorer settings for my isa proxy server. He also wants to access his outside email accounts. They are pop3/smtp
I've created connectors in exchange.
I've created port 25 AND 110 inbound AND outbound ip packet filters on isa.
I allowed the domain through site and content rules.
I'm flumexed and have got a serious neck pain.
Any direction is greatly appreciated.

Do the following with his ip address setting
Set his default gateway to the isa servers internal address
Set his primary dns to the isa server address

In Isa management under access policy\protocol rules\ make sure you are allowing pop3 and smtp out.
