Okay, we are using a CRM tool that requires POP3 to move messages from Exchange into the CRM database. Is there much to do other than to run Add/Remove and add the POP3 component? Will this cause any other issues? I hate to add this service, but I'm being told by my consultants that this is the only way. Thanks

You will need to enable the service in the Exchange System Manager and make sure that POP3 connectivity is enabled for the user's mailbox that the CRM system uses, but apart from that its pretty straight forward.

Shout if you have any specific issues along the way.

Mike
