I want to setup Exch on SBS to retrieve email at ISP but we have different accounts at ISP.
allan@xxxx.com
john@yyyy.com
etc

Can i setup Exch to get this email from all these different mail accounts and what will be the name of the local mailboxes on Exch.
Will it stay allan@xxxx.com and john@yyyy.com

I beleive you need to add the domains to the default policy under recipients/recipient policy, right mouse click default policy and choose properties then add the domains to 'email addresses' tab.

Then open up each AD users selecting the 'email addresses' tab and add the email address required.

They will then get the emails for each of the domains.

I'm not sure how to set the pop to get each domains email as we use SMTP and have it delivered to us.

We used to use a program called PopBeamer to get our email via pop and deliver it to the exchange server via SMTP, you might be able to add multiple pop accounts to it.

just google PopBeamer.

hope that helps.

The Exchange POP3 connector should be able to download the e-mail for all your users regardless of their POP3 account names/services. For sending, you need to make sure you have the domains registered with Exchange (Updated Recipient policy as 1DMF said) and then set the default e-mail address for each user in Active Directory.

Ok, but if i run the Internet and Email wizard on SBS it asks me for a registered email domain after entering the IP of the ISP server. We have several email domains registered with our ISP.

Thanks for the link.
As i said we have 2 domains with ISP but with two diffrent IP's
During the CEICW it prompts you for the following:
1. Use DNS to route email
2. Forward all email to email server at your ISP: add IP address

Can you add more than one IP address here and how do i then link up the ISP IP addresses with their registered domain names so that Exch is looking at the right server to retrieve or send the mail for the appropiate domain.
