POP3 Mail only goes to Postmaster 2

Receiving POP3 Mail from our ISP OK. but all mail is
being sent to Postmaster and none to any user.
Internal Email is OK.
Running Novell SBS V5.1 & Groupwise V5.5
Have installed all latest Patches.

I tried the following and it seemed to work.

In NWAdmin - GroupWise View - GWIA - Details

Enter your domain name in the foreign Domain Information Field
