I am running:
Windows NT Small business Server 4.5
Exchange /w pop3 mailboxes

My trouble is one user is not getting email.

i send a test msg from a outside mail server, The pop server reports it has downloaded it from the mail server, then when i goto the users mailbox, its not there.

how can i track it, is there a way? this users email is just going to a black hole and never appearing.

In exchange there is logging, under the server/protocols level. Max these out and watch your event log.
Typically, I found, if only one user is excluded from a certain protocol, then either they have that protocol turned off at their mailbox level or their mail box is corrupt. I have also simply rebuilt their mailbox and poof, it works again. [sig]
Draq
comtutor@uswestmail.net
Good Luck with this information
