POP3 error in Event log

POP3: Failed to check the POP3 account for jrayfield at host xxx.xxxxx.com on port 110. The error is 10061

Any ideas what this is????
I'm not sure of this is related to the Nimda virus casue our ISP got hit real bad.

Or is it maybe something I did on our side?
