pop3 email retrieval questions

Hi,

Im all new to exchange, I notice that in exchange 5.5 that you can use the dial option to retrieve emails from your email provider, but how do you do it using the internet connection.

You can dial up to send emails but to dial out to receive emails you need either the small business server connector (only for small business server) or a third party connector.

We use a third party connecter at the moment called E.F.S, very cheap, small and stable.
