Hi,
I have quiet a number of users experiencing the annoying pop-ups in their PC's. AT some point in time malware was downloaded to the user's pc. I have used
Spybot
Adaware
HIjackthis

But these popups show up again.
1) Is there a tool we can use at a domain level or at the firewall level that can stop this from happening
2) Is there a patch/tool that we can send to the user's desktop to stop these popups from occuring in the future.
3) Is there a enterprise level tool that i can purchase to control this issue?
Please advice.

1) Are the workstations XP?
If so, you absolutely must disable system restore before applying malware cleaners.

2) Have you disabled windows messenger service?
