Pop-Ups Not working in Tek-Tips with Default settings

I am using Firefox 1.0 and hoping someone can help me here. At one point I had this fixed, after I did a reinstall, I lost the setting. Does anyone know which setting needs to be changed to allow the popups to show up. The pop ups I a refering to are the links for adding a star and the ones on the bottom of this text box for "Process TGML" and such. I have installed Tabbed Browser Proferences 1.0 which may be part of the problem.

It is pure javascript.

While the java VM should be unrelated to the issue, I have found reinstalling whether the MSFT or Sun or both VMs resolves the problem around 78% of the time. It should have nothing to do with a javascript issue, but it does in fact help:

Reboot and test after done.

Because this has been a problem recently, be certain to check your HOSTS file. If I remember iSeriesCodePoet you are running XP, so look in: c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts with notepad. The file should look like this:
