Pop-Ups in Cognos Connection

Hi

I am facing a problem with Pop-Up windows in Cognos Connection. When I click on report name it brings me back to the same page. When I press CTRL-key while clicking on report name, the new window opens. I turned-off the Pop-Up blocker in IE and also the Yahoo toolbar. Pop-ups come up on all websites now but not in Cognos COnnection!
Please help me, the Business users are not liking it!!!

sounds like there is something else blocking pop ups! doubtful that anyone other than you can determine what it is unfortunately..

another consideration: are you using a supported browser? Not IE 7 by any chance- that is not supported.
