Without using JavaScript, how do you specify the width and height of a pop up window in HTML? I cant use JavaScript as the HTML is being displayed via a dynamic text box in a flash movie.
The dynamic text box in flash can understand some HTML commands but not javascript. It is a HTML question as the txt file being read in by flash is a html file. im geting confused now...
The text box in flash simply displays a html file. the tags are all html but you are restricted to sime html tags. so the linking part is still <A href="etc etc">blah blah</a> I just need a way of specifying within the <a href target="_blank"> tag the size of the pop up window!
Aaah - so your Flash text box is displaying an HTML file, and within that HTMl file, you wish to specify the size of a popup window... Rather than you wishing to specify the size of the Flash text box? If that's the case, then you cannot do that with HTML.
ha ha, at least we sorted the confusion out! I didnt think I could do it without javascript. Maybe Macromedia will add more functionality to their dynamic text fields for me.
I will zip my mp3s so when a user clicks the link it simply prompts them to save
