Pop up window for form

Hey everyone,

I would like to know if the following is possible:

Have a button on a PDF form, that when clicked, would open up a small web browser window in which the end user could select a line (or multiple). After they are done selecting the item(s), they click SAVE (or whatever button on the internet window) and it place the items from the browser window into the PDF form field (we'll say a text field).

I would like a pop-up window option from within the form, but do not know if this is possible.
