Pop-up screen won't go away for 'support plan'

The pop-up screen is continuing to appear every time I start the program. I recently upgraded to 2003 and have 'clicked' the box to 'don't show this screen again.'

What am I missing?

There was a patch posted that resolved this issue. Download and install the latest patch for your version.
