Pop-Up Reminder

I need to make a query that pops up a reminder every 30 days.

For example, I need to see what customer's credit card needs to be charged on what date.

I have a date joined field, I want a reminder (it could be text) to pop-up every 30 days.

Does anyone know how I could go about doing this?? I am a total newbie.
