Hello all,
I am using SSRS 2008 and have created a report with various charts and graphs based on data from a dataset.
The report is giving all of the users what they want, but they were wondering if they could have the rawdata returned from the dataset query pop-up when they hover over the chart? If not, can I get some ideas on alternative options.
Currently, this report is replacing an Excel workbook that has a worksheet with the rawdata and a worksheet with the various pie and bar charts. So when they use this they flip back and forth between the worksheets.
I was thinking of placing a drill down tablix below the charts and allowing them to choose if they want to view the data or not. Problem with this is, they like to print the charts and not the rawdata. The rawdata probably has about 38 columns and if they had this tablix at the bottom, it would screw up the printing of just the charts.
They want me to somewhat simulate this if possible. Thanks in advance for your input.
