pop-up menu

exported a pop-up menu (called "archive&quotfrom fireworks in dw ultradev and it works in a new file, but as soon as I insert it into a existing file with templates and menus, it doesn't work and takes over the old files pull down menu information instead of the new pop-up menu information. What am I doing wrong and what's the solution?

Do you have a URL. That would help us see what may be happening. Most likely some javascript or code conflict between new and exisiting stuff on the pages. When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
