pop up menu disappears!?

I created a popup menu on a slice. When i preview this in the browser the menu only appears when i move the mouse over it. How do i change this so it appears all the time, across the whole page?

thats whatpop up does. it pops up when you mouseover. if you are talking about the initial buttons, then you are saving the files to a location that your html page is not referenceing correctly. check your paths
