Pop up menu default selection

Is it possible to set the first item in a pop up menu to be selected (as if the mouse had moved over it) when pop up menu appears. This is so that the user knows that if he/she clicks on the image to which the behaviour is attached, it will act as if the first item in the menu was clicked.

Yes, if you make the link on the rollover that triggers the pop up menu the same as the first item on the list. I did this at
