I know this is covered somewhere but I am under a tight deadline to get this
project done by tommorrow. I am using I-Frames with a header that I created
in FW. Everything works fine on my machine and a laptop I am using. However
when I use any other machine the pop up menus don't appear. I can tell that
they are there, I can even get the top one to go to the desired page but It
is like they are appearing behind the I-Frame. I am putting this small site
onto a CD for distrubution. Please Help

Thanks

Hello Brian...

Just wondering if you ever figured out your menu
poping up behind the other frame problem??

I am relatively new to Fireworks...It is going pretty good...I designed a popup menu system
that I am going to have in my "header_frame" in my frame set....The problem that I am
having is that the pop-up menu (drop down) that I put into the header_frame is popping
up behind the frame below it....I need it to pop up "on top of" or in the frame below it
which I call my "content_frame" ...that will also be the target frame....Any hints...I know
that I have done it before with another menu system creater...But I must be missing something
here....

Any advice would be very appreciated...
Thanks
Mike

Mike,

I never did figure it out. I discovered that it worked fine with IE6.0 but anything earlier than that would pop up behind. I ended up changing my design. Sorry I could not have been of more help.
