Pop up error when applying Alpha-Numeric Keyboards | Simphony

Hi guys,

I'm trying to design a custom keyboard at Custom Contents > Alphanumeric on EMC.

Already setup as default also the language already set properly as well

But when I try it on client it shows below error

Somehow the custom dialog won't appear, if I click "Ok" on the error -> the regular dialog appears.

Anything that I miss? or do I need to somehow input an extension application for doing custom alpha-numberic
