POP to IMAP

I am going to move 25 users from POP to IMAP.

While testing this, I am able to make it work.
However, the users old POP inbox, outbox and trash remain.

I am not able to delete or rename these mailboxes.

So, now I have one inbox for POP and an inbox for IMAP.
I think my users will have a problem with two inboxes.
Only IMAP is active.

Any ideas on if it is possible to delete POP stuff?

I'd say re-install eudora and create the new imap account. Taxing I know for 25 users but you cant delete the default personality.
