POP Outlook

Does anyone know if there is a secret to get Outlook to POP besides checking the box in Phone Mgr Pro? I can dial from my contacts after installing the TAPI driver, but get no screen pops from outlook when a incoming call comes in that is configured in Outlook as a valid contact.

I don't use Pop Outlook but I do use Pop External Program and to get that working Pop on Answer has to also be selected on the PhoneManager options PhoneManager tab. Give that a whirl.

We are trying to pop outlook based on DDI rather then CLI. According to technical Bulletin 18 this should be possible. Have you tried this before or have you used the pop ext programm feature of the phonemanager pro?

Since the information is very limited on this subject any feedback would be really appreciated.

I have been able to POP Outlook by DDI, only when the DDI is directly to an extension and not routed to a group. Adding the registry entry, "PopOnDDI", on the local machine within the PhoneManager key did the trick. If there is a way of popping from DDI on a group call please advise.
