pop down menu?

hey

in this image-->

you can see how when you hold the mouse over one of the sections it pops down and has the list of pages.

how would i perform that?

im pretty sure its done with frames but i dont know how to set up its looks and how to make it pop down?

its actually done with layers...hide and show layers behaviors to be exact....if you want a sample coding ask...if you understand where im coming from on going then good luck [rockband]

and while im posting ive got the code to make it so links aren't underlined but where do i insert it on the page?
