Any help here would be appreciated.
(Names are not real just the situation)
We have a POP connector coming from a head office.
Our Public Domain is Publicdomain.com.
We have a an account called MAIL1@site.local.
When the POP connector logs on it downloads mail1@publicdomain.com to puts in the mail1@site.local.
Now we have a public folder that we want everyone to have access. We also want the mail from mail1@publicdomain.com to be dumped into the public folder called Mail1.
At present we have a rule that runs...but we need to have outlook running and that is something we are trying to avoid.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi All...

I'm new to the IT industry and trying to build up some knowledge/experience..so your help would be much appreciated..

I was involved in installing SP2 on Exchange server 2003(standard edition)last weekend ,,,this moved us from 16Gb to hopefully 75Gb of available email space.

I have 2 questions..(very similar questions)

(i)...ON SP2 at some point in the future we could hit the 75Gb..How will I know (apart from the server crashing)...that I'm at/nearly at 75Gb.??

IN SP1..I could set the ''Temporary size'' bit to get me 17Gb...then un-mount and re-mount the store for 17Gb to kick in.

(ii)..How do I know how much space is used up Versus how much space we have remaining in the store,...as we move forward.?

Appreciate your help..

Pakey
