I am running Altiserv 5.1.0.1446 and have been experiencing poor sound quality when listening to voicemails and recording auto attendant prompts. What I am hearing can be discribed as some light distortion in both the pre-recorded and recorded prompts. I switched handsets and still have the same problem. Is there a setting someplace that would allow me to adjust the sound quality? I am running this on the LAN in our office and there is nothing fancy with the set-up.
