Poor performance BUE 9.1 with Dell PowerVault 122T

I´m trying to speed up the backup but I´m stuck with 50-60 Mb/min transfer rates. According to specs. from Dell the PowerVault is capable of around 10 Gb/hour = 175 Mb/min.

We´re using BUE 9.1 Sp5, PowerVault 122T and a Adaptec SCSI Card 39160.

If someone could point me in the right direction about the tuning of BUE, SCSI drivers and tapedrive drivers I would be werry happy.

First update to latest Symantec Drivers
Update the firmware on the tape drive
Update the SCSI card drivers
